Featured in the book are cartoons depicting Presidents Charles Helou, Suleiman Franjieh, Elias Sarkis, and various politicians including Tony Franjieh, Eduard Honein, Raymond Edde, Saeb Salam, Rashid Karami, Taeddine Solh, Kamal Jumblat, Ibrahim Koleilat (of the Mourabetoun), Ahmed el Khatib (of Lebanon’s Arab Army), Yasser Arafat, Camille Chamoun, Father Charbel kassis, Pierre and Bachir Gemayel, Presidents Anwar Sadat and Hafez Assad, Imam Moussa el Sadr, and many many more.

About the Artist
Graduated from the Lebanese University of Fine Arts in Beirut.
• Decorated with the National Cedar title of Knight during president Sleiman Franjieh’s mandate.
• Obtained the poet Said Akl’s prize twice.
• Obtained various achievement awards locally and abroad. The latest of which was the “Lyons” prize in 2000.
• Held various exhibitions in Lebnaon and abroad.
The latest of which was in – Washington – DC in 1984.
• Various magazines and newspapers and news agencies published his drawings such as: A.P – UPI – Time Magazine – Le Matin – France Soir – Washington Post – Atlas Magazine – Jeune Afrique
• His caricature drawings were published and stillare, in many daily newspapers: Al Nahar – Al Anwar – Al Syassa – Al Amal – Al Jumhurya – Al Diar – Al Nahar Al Arabi Wal Dowali
• The first caricaturist to have daily drawings on the television worldwide on LBCI (Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation)
